Multifamily
When it comes to multifamily the pricing structure is similar. You pick one of the packages above and then add $49.95 for each additional unit. So if you're doing Standard Photography on a duplex and want both sides photographed, it's $149.90.

FAQ
How Do I Pay You?
You have three options to pay for your photos. You can pay online at the time of booking. You can pay at the time of service with cash, check, or card. Or you can pay after reviewing a proof set of photos via an online invoice.
How Much Notice Do you need?
You can view my entire calendar and book anything available via the schedule shoot page. Generally you can find openings within 48-72 hours.
Does Someone Need to be There?
Not at all. I have iBox access, or you can give me a combo number, garage code, or tell me where the secret key is hidden. Many Realtors enjoy that I can let myself in, therefore allowing them to do something more productive with their time.
What if it's raining?
I shoot in all weather conditions. If you do not want the photos taken in rain or snow then you'll need to reschedule.
Do you stage the property?
I do not. The house should be staged and ready when I arrive. Depending on the size of your home I've budgeted 30 - 60 minutes to capture the photos, and that doesn't leave a lot of time for arranging items in each room.
What about Garages and Basements?
As a general rule, I do not capture photos of unfinished areas, including garage and basements. Many Realtors do not use these photos in their marketing, and therefore, I skip them. If you'd like pictures of these areas, please let me know.
What kind of gear do you use?
I have a professional DSLR full frame camera, highly praised wide angle lens and a big 300 WS monolight to ensure all rooms look beautiful and bright. I also use a remote trigger because I blend several photos to have a great finished product.
Can I order Prints through you?
Every gallery includes a store where you can purchase high quality prints which are perfect for client closing gifts.
